Title: Attention: Deleting accounts

1. From forums: all inactive accounts without any post, registered in 2006...
2. From SA:MP: all inactive accounts for March 2007...

I think it would be good to delete some accounts with posts too. For example now the forum's member map is full of people who have been banned or have left the server forever.
