Title: SAMP problem (Argonath RPG*)

Okay so I have a problem with argonath rpg, when I enter the game and the Welcome To Argonath RPG window apears the game stucks and almost all the windows stucks because of this and it happens only in Argonath, all the other servers work normal, do you know how to repair it?
