Hey im getting a new pc and deciding what to put in. Well i would like to put 2 Nvidia GTS 250´s on SLI on motherboard asus P5q E and my question is Does the motherboard support SLI? Cuz i saw that there is crossfire for ATi cards but im not looking forward on buying ATi. Does anybody have this motherboard or does anybody know if it is possible?
Thx
Heres the picture of the MB:

Im buying it from a shop in my country so hmm... you probably wont understand whats written in there but maybe...anyway and heres the graphic card: http://www.chcipocitac.cz/eshop/images/GainwardGeforce250GTS.jpg
The card is 2Gb, im gonna probably get different look for it, they change the skin, anyway...Then my PSU: http://www.agem.sk/?ref=JGNtZD0ndG92YXJfZGV0YWlsJzskYWN0aW9uPSdjb25maWdfcGMnOw==&db_tovar_ik=9408080
Now i wanna know if this would go together and if i should use 64-bit or 32-bit
Regards
Me ;)

It's a crossfire motherboard if I understand what on that language. So I don't think it will support a nVidia card eh?
What CPU do you have if I may ask? Perhaps you need a better powersupply with it for the extra juice on the graphic card, but it depends if you already have an energy guzzling CPU.

Well i want to get Quad core CPU Q9550 2.83 Ghz, i found this calculator online and together with the GTS 250 2gb and 4gb ram it would be 600w, but i wanna do 700w just in case...anyway ill try google or youtube if some people tried it. Anyway thanks i hope some more people stop by this topic to give me an advice :)

I highly recommend you and advise you for 32bit Because it doesn't make any problems at all and with a PC like that it would be a great one ;)
Don't believe who says 64bit , i got another PC on my house which has 64bit and with good graphics card and RAM but it restarts sometimes and sometimes it blocks , Also not i tried most of OS here but didn't work ONLY UbuntuXP worked but i changed style to normal Windows XP and made it just like Windows XP SP2
Like i said , Choose 32bit because it's better and it doesn't make problems...

It's because you're a total PC newbie and you know nothing about computers.
4GB RAM = 64bit is the way to go. :)
On another PC of mine, I have a GTX 260, and it only takes 400W of the power supply.. (when i bought 700W for no reason.. >.>) so I'm not too sure upon what you'll need to be honest. I think 600W should be enough.
