Can i ask how? are you using any mods for boosting fps?
-
Its lagging, on lowest specs. In singleplayer its not, but on SA:MP

On my laptop it runs all good, no problems with it (on lowest settings, of course) but it runs just fine, i don't reach the highest FPS, but i believe it's +/- around 30FPS
Not good for police chases etc, but good for the rest ;)

there is a small difference between laptop and netbook...

I have a 'notebook'.. 2GB RAM, Intel Atom (Do not know GHz), and it has TERRIBLE lag. I have huge doubts you'll be able to play.

You can only find it out by testing..
