Title: New crash?

this is weird. im not sure if it is due to my new ANPR car mod or what but it defently is different.

It will crash like usual, show them messgae , i press close , then the normal crash box appears, i press close on that then start game up again

Probably u have double run game b4?
So when u exit game, it re run???

no , im running game normally, and i get normal crash error but before that i get that error

Before last week I never got this message but starting 3 days ago I started getting these message's, I always just click report bug.
