Value - 160k (160,000$)
Starting bid - 5k (5,000$)
Buy-out - 100k (100,000$)
Auction ends - 30.6.2009 (30th of June, 2009)

and..... If we want it really badly we pay 100k and we will win the auction staight away like 'buy it now' on ebay

Exactly, by paying buy-out, it's straight, but by bidding someone can get the house if he wants to pay buy-out :)

:D Thanks Eagle. I might actually decide to buy it in the end... My first 10k was a joke, thinking that people would bid, I just set something to start.
