Title: 1.2: Loseing Money When Jailed/Killed.

i think that money loss will ruin the expirence of being a criminal, im sure alot of people with agree, i know some may say: "They will abuse it and money cheat" but all those people get banned, one of the best things in VCMP is the Criminal freedom, for those who have less money wont RP as well as they would if they feel they are makeing a loss, so post what you think, cause last thing i want in VCMP is people screaming "ABUSE" and quit abuse ect.  and worst of all more cops :D

You have the bank, it's there for a reason. Keep just a little amount of money in hand while the rest is in the bank/stash garage. Simple.

:ps: Also, admin team is there for another reason. If people will start to kill just to make others lose money, they will be dealt with if they are reported...

I agree to a certain extent. I don't mind about the jail, However..
Adding "loosing money when wasted" just is pointless.
What does this do, what actual benefits does it give to the players? Nothing.
And Kent is right, it also adds things like 'quitting in combat(/q abuse) and other stuff. All because of fear of loosing money
More things money can do for you in game, the more people will want money, the more people will be money hungry.
I don't see why people moan "OMG rich people have all this money because they do nothing with it" Your point is?
I also don't see any problem with how it is ATM "not loosing money when dieing" So why change it? Also, there are very little who are against this.

I think too many things are being based on SA:MP, too much based on SA:MP is not good.

Yes, there are some good things that we can get from SA:MP, but there also things we should keep away from. ;)

Kent is right, also, people who play Argonath will turn into a cop and Argo won't have criminals, so it sucks :P

Yea, it's a fair point. When you're trying to RP and someone pretending to be a terrorist decides to attack you, you may not necessarily want to take part in their RP. You can't force someone to RP. This will be quite unfair on people and mafia families will be less active in VC. ARPD's job will also be less interesting if there aren't any criminals to catch. Another thing, about the bank; so if you don't have any money on you, does it mean you won't loose anything? If all your money is in the bank or you are just completely out of money?   
Also, not many criminals will surrender and the only way to get them will be to kill. The !jail will die out.
