well shit your PC runs hot...  :wow: mines like 30C without cooling
but ehh... Firefox draining all the power... you sure its not maybe updating, opening tabs or something?? since a program shouldnt draw so much..
Unless you have some spyware or virus skrewing your system running through firefox somehow  :poke:

i think you also got the blue screen due to it overheating...  :rules:

My PC is hot, you could roast eggs and beacon on it.
Literally, I get burning marks on my fingers after holding it for about a minute, but I ungrabbed the cover for it, now it's cold instead. At least it doesn't shut down 5 times an hour anymore.

Have you overclocked anything? Buy some more fans for your pc if you can, you can get them cheap off eBay, the more fans the better. Make sure they are pointing in the right direction though lol... I added just 1 more rear case fan and noticed up to -10C in difference. I have never had ram spikes so I don't really know much about what causes it, you can get ram fans especially to cool your ram, you can also buy ram heat spreaders, I don't think they offer a lot of cooling though.

I have the same fan as above. It seems to be doing a pretty good job.

1) your computer runs at average temperature for having the moderate cooling system you do.

2) its impossible to run at 30 degrees C with no cooling.

3) -128C indicated the second thermometer dose not exsist. its not a bug

and 4) your issue may lie in Firefox being retarded..

try a different web browser, or maybe Firefox is ok one your system but you have 100 tabs open?

lol, i dont know.

thats strange how Firefox is using 99%. its amazing enough to see a browser go over 30% idle

Google Chrome. Its a new browser that litteraly blows every other one out of the water. Including Firefox.

and best of all, its light on resources (RAM/CPU)

I switched to Google Chrome as soon as it came out. I could not believe how light and responsive it was, so I switched straight away, it is also very aesthetically pleasing, more so than IE and Firefox, I have never liked Opera either. Google Chrome FTW.

1) My first question Laptop or Stationary PC?

If you have a stationary PC is suggest that you delete firefox and install another browser, because that could help alot.

IF that doesn't help theres something very wrong with your cooling system. If you take a look inside your PC, do you see any parts lying around or is half way off from its original place? If you do your cooling module is broken. The cooling module is a thing that co-operates with the fans, if that doesnt work the fans go all crazy and they can go from 100% working to 0%. Because I saw that your 3 fan was on 0RPM, that means that its standing still. This is easy to fix if you have the right tools, but if you dont have you can just leave it to your local computer store so that they can fix it. Or if you know somebody else thats good on computers :)

Hope that helped  ;)
