Sometimes, not always, when I sign into MSN I get like my whole right side of my screen flooded out with the MSN messages that say, "This user has just signed in"
So like everyone who is signed in when I log on comes up as just signed in in the right side. Is there any solution to this or is it just an MSN bug?
-
I get this too, haven't found any solution for it, it isn't that annoying, though.

It can just get annoying when I have 100+ people online
-
I think it's MSN Plus Feature
When u online, it will show currently online contacts on the right, and it only can flood about 6-7 contacts

Yes, it could actually be WLM Plus. I only get about five contacts pop up.
Do you get all of them, Mike?
-
Easy way - be on "BUSY" all the time :)
It was also annoying me, but i went on BUSY and all is working good for me.
I was trying to switch them off somehow, but didnt manage to find it.

I only get this when messenger gets laggy on start up for some reason (though this doesn't happen very often), so the messenger thinks they just signed in instead of thinking they were already online. Just do what Flameman said and stick your default status to busy.
-
It goes all the way up my screen then once they go away the next set come up
I'll see if I can find something in the MSN Plus options
-
Why it happens:
It is a lag between Microsoft's WLM Datacenter and your Client.
Fix: None - yet.
-
Yeah, it's a lag bug that's common to MSN

found it, go to:
Menu -> Extra's -> Options -> Alerts and Sounds
If im right, there should be something like this:

Just turn off the Display Alert When Contacts Come Online.
