what video card do u got?
u can check by right clicking anywhere on your desktop and then clicking on properties.
then go to the settings-tab(the last one).
it might be just another old video card.

With 32-bit colours? Doesnt matter if your on what high resolution, and colours are only 16-bit it looks like the water is green etc, so check that you have 32-bit colours, not 16.

Screw around with your graphics card options, nothing on it that you dont know what it is :)
If a thing pops up saying ARE ''YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS?'' you probly dont want to.
If no fix screw around with your in game options.
If all fails, google it, google is your frieeendd:)
