1. Officer Name CandyMan - Myself and couple of other San Andreas Sheriff Division deputies where in the ventrilo of the San Andreas County Services. While in this ventrilo, Emerson mentioned something in regards to him hacking. I heard this, and I was shocked about this discussion. I asked him again just to confirm, and sure enough, he admits to it via numerous means.
Attached below will be a video, and multiple screen shots. The video consists of the ventrilo conversation being played back within ventrilo, proving who is saying what at what time. The second section of evidence consists of multiple screen shots in which Emerson states, "we only use them sometime", and Mahone stating, "jake and me will find a way to get out of it.

Here is the video. It is a video of my desktop during the play back of the audio clip recorded in the ventrilo of SACS. You will be able to see who says what at exactly what time. You will here my ask, "are you guys hackin" and you will then hear Emerson say, "yeah but why do you guys care".

After I sent an email to the samp@argo website with this complaint, I decided to re-enter their ventrilo. I was dragged down into his office, labeled, "Chuck Norris" and was accompanied by AlexMahone and JEmerson where another conversation took place. In this conversation, JEmerson basically stated that he already spoke with Hafford in which to tell the admins who check the samp@argo email, to basically, "look the other way". This clip was roughly 3 minutes until I was banned from their ventrilo. Below is the conversation we had on ventrilo, and also attached is the screen shot that JEmerson sent me, proving that he had contact with Hafford. I'm not accusing Hafford of anything, let me get that straight. That is merely proof that they were in contact with eachother.
That being said, I decided to make this post public, having the knowledge that Emerson tried to get my complaint thrown out at the email address, so don't think I'm making this public for no reason.

I honestly think it is ridiculous that such a police group like this should be allowed on the server. I believe that police groups should be a place for up and coming officers within the ARPD to rise and learn the rules of the server. How are they able to do that successfully if they are being taught corruption?
I ask that you please look into this as this is a very serious matter. Thank you for your time.

Indeed. They're not trusted at all, just two punks who joined Argonath trying to make it big with a hack.

All emails to our complaint inbox get read and properly evaluated, so I wouldn't say that your email getting "thrown out" would be an issue.
