Rules and Information for SAMP Groups:


Gangs and Groups- Gangs and groups are formed to allow people to roleplay similar styles and characters together. Groups often use nametags (such as _Araatus, [GSF] etc.). Players in gangs or groups should (when acting within that group) roleplay a suitable alias. Players can join multiple roleplay groups, but only if the rules of all concerned groups allow this. Gangs can be created for many different styles of roleplay that suit you. 


1. Making a group. Any player can make a clan or group. You do not have to ask permission, however there are things you should bear in mind. Once you have thought of a name for your group, search the forum for key terms in your name. If they are too similar to anothers then the name will have to be changed. Same goes for the TAG. Search the tag you wich to have. If the tag is taken, then you cannot use it and you will have to think of a new one. If the name/tag you wish to use is owned by a group that is inactive, send a personal message (PM) to the thread creator. If they do not reply, then send a message to a SAMP Group Moderator.

2. Group names cannot be racist or contain offensive slang terms.

3. Impersonating groups is forbidden - Impersonating group tags will get yourself banned.

4. Alliances. Large Alliances are allowed, but any fighting that they do must comply with the Validation rules for every single gang involved. Examples include Magni or Omerta. Alliances between individual groups are also allowed. Many groups follow the THOR template of Allies, Respected, Disrespected, and Enemies.

5. Group Wars. Wars against other groups are allowed as described in the Validation System (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=53782.0). Full rules can be found there, and groups must follow them at all times. Group wars outside of the validation system will be treated as simple deathmatching, and if the leader of a group either leads the attacks or refuses to punish those who did, the group may be warned and/or shut down.

6. Problems with other groups: If you think your problem cannot be resolved by addressing it directly on their topic (if it might create flame etc) then tell an administrator or contact the SAMP Groups moderators via PM or MSN. This will then be investigated by the administration team, and the leader of the group will be contacted and the problem resolved. If you would like to challenge another group without invading their thread or getting administration involved - use the Courts Section and create a case (SA Courts (http://www.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=46.0)).

7. Gang Turf. Groups that claim they own land or turf, have no authority over who enters that area, and as a consequence are not allowed to kill or attack people for trespassing. Exceptions can be found if both groups are gangwar validated to each other as outlined in the Validation System (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=53782.0). Players can protect their property if they are under threat, however there should be a reasonable roleplay reason for the threat in the first place.

Yes I caught a few members of a mafia dming...
Well actually its NOT just that mafia thats doing it.... its ALL of them, they just got unlucky to be caught by me

Yes you mafia's and gangs seems to be an EXCUSE to kill others that are NOT in you mafia or gang, whether they be law enforcement or another mafia/gang OR even worse just the general public.

RP reason DOES NOT = THEY ARE LAW OR ANOTHER GANG.... that is NOT a RP reason....

Anyone who thinks that joining a gang or mafia means they they can kill more often, sorry but you going to cause problems for the group your in, and maybe even get banned.

Before you bit*h and blame each other... YOUR ALL doing it so STOP attacking look at other groups problems and sort YOUR own group out!

The group "Inferno 9" gets the official warning...

While developers were asking questions the group leader, his members got the incorrect information which lead into accusations against Argonath owners in blaming the group in deathmatching... This is a pure twisting...

 :ps: I do not know on which stage our questions to clear the view on group were twisted, either from leader to members or leader sent the logs from MSN conversation to members and they themselves got such opinion, and I do not care...

And I will not even start to clear it out... If Inferno 9 group will continue their shitting on owners they can say bye to their group...

Waving the official status of the group and threats on the other groups.
