They make it look like a bunch of guys doing irresponsible stuff when they think of it. I believe that in reality you would be amazed about the work that goes in to one single stunt.
The guys are all experienced stuntmen who know exactly what they are doing. While they risk getting hurt, they probably discuss all the risks involved and the best way to come out of it without serious injuries.
When is looks easy, usually it is very had to do and done by real pros. ;)
