Guys, you can't sue for a topic, especially an illegal gang recruiting topic.  And if some how you can sue, you have to be in the group at least.

You do realize that you copyrighted your name, which wasn't done with the Argonath Courts system.  You didn't patent the post, meaning you can't sue for the post being similar.

Copyright= Claiming a name and reserving it.
Patent= Creating a service, object, etc. and not allowing other's to duplicate.

So even if they cant sue you why would you go and copy there entire post like that and just change the name, story, and pics? You should have just made your own post instead of copying someone elses... :roll:

I "DIDNT" say you copied there name,story, and pics. You copied there whole Post layout as well as colors. Plus the layout of there name American Mafia "Name" Trade Mark sign. It was a total copy of there post "EXCEPT" Pics, Story, and Name. I think its all because Edward wouldnt pass Verona on to you...

Alright, Let me clear this issue up. Nobody can not sue me as I did not copy anything from anyone. It's not in any way possible to sue for copying the theme. I did not use any images that belonged to you, all I did was use the Black and white theme which is pretty common if you ask me. Anyways I'll be updating this thread in a bit to make it more orignal.
