Rules:

• requests which were made in 2008
• Single vote
• Copy the unban post with the name of its owner
• The owner of unban request should be active and not banned

Nobel Awards will be decided by Server Owners... Therefore player is allowed to make his own vote as suggestion... Amount of votes does not mean the most popular answer will be decided as a final Nobel Winner...
