Why you chose the suggested nominator: Run to new Police Car always when his Police Car blew up while chasing suspect in pursuit, less calling for pickup. Always picking up people without reward. Always go there, no matter how far and how long it takes, etc.

I'll vote for this too! I got TP'd and followed him by boat, after a while I just went to shore and a whole while after it he came on shore, hilarious :D
