Yes you can... Since Nobel Awards will not be based on amounts of votes... You can suggest yourself for Nobel awards... The rule: one vote per person still exists...

As stated the logs from posts - you can suggest the nominator according to your opinion... So it can be in RPG style, in a funny style, in "meaning" style... (Which HardFeelings?)

For example, redfrost, for Economics, you might vote someone who has $123127381723 and has earnt it all legit, or you might suggest someone who's had $-3854 for 5 months.
It's meant to invoke thoughts and really make people think about nominations instead of mindlessly going "yup him"..
