This is about how everything is organized by rank. And what the different rank can and can not do and what their responsibilities are. There is also a picture that shows it more visually.

It is very simple. The person who is the head of the entire organization, and all under him must obey.
His rank gives him the authority to give the oath to new members. All under him to follow his words and will always protect and follow him, unless otherwise told.
It is also only Don can give people new rank and status. All activities taking place in Sindacco Mafia shall be notified to the Don.

The Underboss is appointed by the Don. He is the second in command of the entire operation.
If something goes wrong and the Don is Absent to manage, the Under Boss turn into Don in that period.
He is also receiving orders from the Don or even gives orders himself to Commanders.
Hes the muscle on the street. His word should go unchallenged by everyone except the Don. He is basically the top dog when it comes to the work on the street.

They are the ones who are personal body guards for Don and Under Boss.
To protect them whatever happens, even though it will cost their lives. For the most part, they always follow them wherever they go, unless otherwise has been said.
Protectors, also has the power to determine the Commander, but can not send him on a mission with his regime, but they can with Soldiers and lower ranks.

Appointed by the Don or Under Boss, and manage his own regime. The Regime consists of soldiers, which he can give orders and take on missions, but he must tell the Under Boss about it.

He is a soldier and doing all the dirty work for the organization. When you become a soldier must make oath to the organization.
He will be awarded to a regime where he must follow orders from Commander or higher ranks.

They are not really part of the association, but they work for it. It can be everyone from corrupt policemen, politicians and civilians.
They will be judged depending on the task they perform.
