It does not matter, if you do it ingame or MSN, the time is same 19.30 or 20.00.

I cant belive you cant understand simple words. People have SAMP, doesnt mean they have time going online for a FIRST Omerta meeting. Its more practable, and easy, to make it over MSN, so we gonna make it on MSN. Later on you can make it ingame, as part of RP etc.

I can not be there at that time.
cofi you already know this but:

Im available weekends all day (mostly)
and regular days 02:00-08:00 server time.

but I dont really need to be there anyway, cofi can just tell me the info later.  :D

Ingame meeting will be Saturday 19:30, so be adviced. And I don't care if Cofi can't come to that, you can make your MSN meeting.

There was some family problems inside Cems, both main leaders left Cems, so i removed them from the list because Omerta rules/requirements are that the group has the be stable.
If I see that Cems are doing good and keeping active, I will add them back to the list.

i can't say the same about alot of cops but i know atleasr 80% of cops rp but it is hard 60% of the time when we are getting shot at you think we going to stand there and get shot while we type /me takes cover behind a desk and reloads deagle

and at that kidnap i didn't see any rp from the kidnapers cause who the hell kidnaps the guy helping with your demands...... also you kill them as soon as we entered not giving us a fair chance to attempt to save them and at that kidnap i only saw a few officers die the rest of us got re armed (i think only swat rearmed with weapons) the rest was with issued armor and a little more deagle to the sum of ppl that req. it

Omerta is the Italian Cossa Nostra rule, but it was used and accepted by other "newbies" Criminal Organizations in Europe, like Russian, Serbian, Greek, etc.
Anyway, the point of using "Omerta" name is cause of the rules in it, that is a base of our alliance, not so much by the name itself.

 Gvardia has decided to reset all relationships including alliances of Omerta.
 Omerta goal was to help out new groups in San Fierro become regular and stable, and now that does groups are here for long time, no point in having it.
 We are open for talk's with any group who are mature enough to sit and talk with us.
 Everyone can ask for a meeting about there relationship with Gvardia, with Me or Eugene.
