As many people told you before, There are some "Bad Memory's" with the name [ML], So most people won't rush to join up.

You should make your topic more official - Describe your clan , when it was founded, ect....
To help boost the members of your clan , try get a couple of friends to join to get the clan up and running.

I have to say, CM did get the rap about picking players off the street (not by me!), but they have turned their players around for the best, and now they are a big gang with lots of good members.
You have to get yourself known before making a clan/ group so people will join.
ALS didnt even allow players to join until recently lol :D, and we dont many join now lol.... hehe we tell them it costs money :lol: lol ...
ANyway... go ingame, get good rep, and rename this topic for -'looking for members' so it doesnt make you look like a complete spanner :)
