National Guard Awards-

Bronze Wings- Awarded for basic Aircraft Training. (Required for certain promotions)
Silver Wings-  Awarded for basic Military Aircraft Training
Gold Wings-    Awarded for Advanced Military Aircraft Training

Bronze Sail- Awarded for basic boating knowledge. (Required for certain promotions)
Silver Sail-   Awarded for advanced boating knowledge.
Gold Sail-    Awarded for Outstanding boating knowledge.

Marksmanship I-   Awarded for basic marksmanship. (Required for certain promotions)
Marksmanship II-  Awarded for advanced marksmanship. (Required for certain promotions)
Marksmanship III- Awarded for Outstanding marksmanship.

Basic Service Award-           Awarded after 1 week of service.
Outstanding Service Award- Awarded after 1 month of service.
Veteran Service Award-       Awarded after 3 months of service.

Bronze Star-  Awarded for successfully completing 3 or more missions, Or obtaining a level 3 award.
Silver Star -   Awarded for successfully completing 5 or missions, Or completing 2 level 3 awards, Must have CO's recommendation.
Gold Star-     Awarded for successfully completing 10 or missions, Or completing all level 3 awards, Must have Generals recommendation.

Ranks
The following is a list of all Ranks and their jobs.

General- This is the big man, He sits behind a desk writing complex training programs, He is also the man to come to for any problems within the National Guard.

Colonel- These are the top of the officers, They recive their orders directly from the General and are left in charge when the General is on leave.

Major- These are the officers that train other officers. They mainly help out the Warrant Officers with any problems.

Warrant Officer- These are the lowest of the officers. They train others in all fields, and are able to earn Service Awards and Stars.

Sergeant- This is the top of the chain for combat-ready troops. When there is a natural disaster or terrorist strike, These are the people who lead the troops into battle.

Corporal- These are the secound in commands during combat. They are autherized to use and weapon they chose including explosives.

Private- These are the most important part of the National Guard, They are the front lines for the United States of Argonath, and are autherized to use both the M4 and the SPAZ12 Combat Shotgun in times of crisis.

 lol we should all get together today 9 members fully armored with some in jetpack and some in humvee and other cars guarding SF from crime  D) D) I can make a site but I have no idea what you want to be like, we need to also guard the jetpack from people so I want my job to guard it sometimes

 lets create RP events where people must attack us, like some people are trying to steal a jetpack from the army base and we must defend from it sounds like a great mission if we can get people to sign up on these events  D)

Killing is not an RP event, we hve had previous events like that - all ended in a bad way

Remember, this is RPG and not RLRP. This is still a game and so people still need to have fun - dying constantly is not fun. =)

And in my opinion, killing constantly isn't either.

You could utilize many RP techniques for this type of thing, eg convoys to the area, guards, rioters (protesters) etc... I mean guards arn't supposed to shoot on sight... maybe if there were a government plan in which a protesting group tried to assasinate...

But Hell, why do we not allow gang/clan wars? it is the same reason we will not allow this, like i said we have had events like this in the past, most either ended in tempbans or permbans

Anyone who wants to join can join. They can stay in their clans/groups, BUT if they are "On duty" they are to chose to act with National Guard before their clan/group (If there is a conflict between the two although its unlikely to happen).

Some good training today lads. We even cought us a criminal. I was just gonna leave him in the wilderness to die... I take no prisoners... but we then went back and took him to jail :D 

Good work... I will be next on Wednesday night. Then Friday night. Then always.

Ps. Is 3 kills 0 deaths in training worth marksmanship I ?  :D

I was asking myself this ; Ive been a private first class in the KL (dutch royal army)I Am trained in the use of the Dimaco c7 a1 (canadian built m16 a1)several light machine guns (saw) like Mag and Minimi And the .50 call heavy machinegun (Almost better than sex firing one of those Badboys ) :war: Does this mean I qualify for for the weapons badges automaticly ??LOL (I know its different I actualy always have shot better in real life) :war: :war: :war:           :hit:

Is all in the past now I deliver mail .....Postman prom OR eh Ignazio

(BTW i was only joking I mean its all true but i wasnt counting on special treatment just bragging a bit  :D )

I know first hand that firing real weapons and firing game weapons are VERY differant, So no. You can't get your marksmenship from firing real weapons.

It seems that this group is kind of dead...a real shame! I was thinking about starting something like the Army Reserves but I saw this and thought something has already been created. I'm back everyone! Sorry about the extra week, I had to help with some cadets who missed their plane, So it was alot of extra work. It has now been answered.
As a side note, Once we have 30 members the well no longer be any recruiting until every member has been to training at least once. In other words, We only have room for one more person!
Also, anyone who has given training, Send me a list of what you where training in and who passed the course.
