Well i just ate something bad don't want to talk about it and im feeling sick or sum and according to some people i asked i might be Poisoned[Not a fucking joke] well they said if i vomited after like a couple of hours/minutes or some i will be then Poisoned no i'm not doing this topic to drag more attention screw that i just want you to know that if i didn't reply to this by tomorrow then you know what happened...I know this might seem i really want attention but since im in this situation i only care about my health now....Just wanted you to know that.

No well my dad told me if i feel something weird to tell him so he gets me to the hospital immediatly and yes im still alive... Its just something i ate that its date was expired 3 years ago or 4 years the bad thing was that the place they puted the expired date was weird.....I know your not taking it as a joke but really im not joking

Food poisoning is hardly ever deadly, even if it was 3-4 years old. Just drink some water and you'll be fine.

Drink lots of water, do not eat anything heavy (try banana and appel - baby food)
You will survuve.

Yeah food poisoning most likely will NOT kill you. But yeah, what Gandalf said, drink plenty of fluids to help flush out your system. And, take it easy for a while. By the way, if you ARE vomiting a lot, make sure to drink tons and tons of water. You are losing it by puking and need more to replenish.

When you have a food poisoning first of all - vomit out all food... That is the natural fight against poison food...
If it is a hard poison - vomit, and move... Do not eat anything so that it will not go into your blood...
Movements can fight the convulsion...

If you feel you eaten something bad: Enduce vommiting by 2 fingers down the troat,and after that go see a doctor( if you can carry him the package you ate)

it smelled good and tasted good and it looked good just that it was expired from 3-4 years ago...after my dad told me i colud be poisoned i started feeling bad in my stomach cause i was so scared... so thats the full story and yeah

Well, after reading this post, it became funny.
First of all, funny thing that you thought you'd die. NO OFCOURSE YOU WONT, but, Beware of that, scientists confirmed that Self-suggestion (or whatever it's called, i tried to translate it via PROMT) of that you'll die may actually happen, because of seismic-waves in your brain activity.
The death from food, which expired, is more than 95 % unlikely, no worry. What to do is to vomit a LOT (not like vomiting 2-3 KG, but quite much) (HowTo: see cDa's post). After that drink some water and go ask for some other advice from some adults, if it's nessecary to go to doctor. If you didn't still go to doctor, beware that you may have problems with shitting, so eat black coal. (With this part i may mistaken with another situation, correct if wrong).
Well, if you still choose to go to doctor, in further problems may not appear, maybe a bit more stomach ache and feeling of vomiting.

I once took Rat poison and nothing happened to me, food poisoning wont kill you i guess...

I know what you have gone through, trust me. I've passed enough pain in my life, twice with my stomach, and several other times for things like broken bones. One of those incidents with my stomach, lead to a surgeory as I had Appendix.
Trust me, I know how hard and scary these moments can be. I've ended up in hospital multiple times. Twice I thought I was going to die, prayed extremely hard, and was literally begging God to allow me to live.
Doctors told me after I recovered from the surgeory for my appendix, that if I had waited even 1 hour longer, I would've passed away, as my appendix would've ruptured.
I have also passed another surgeory before, on the back of my knee as I had a fluid there. I must say, I am very thankful to God, and the doctors themsleves for still allowing me to be here today.

No. Exercise may be healthy for your body when speaking of calories and carbs, but it's actually a bad thing to do because your internal systems will conflict. This can result in your heart working extra hard, your food making you feel sick, (or sicker in this case), and you having to take a nasty dump later when it's all digested and your body is relaxed. :)
