Hello. If I was drunked on argonath server, not in the car, on foot, and some cop test me for alcohol, and it's failed, can he suspect me for the being drunked? Thanks... :rules:

Drunk is a valid crime only if u are driving a vehicle
Suing you for beeing drunk on foot its abuse

I would say, as long you do not disturb the peace or harass or commit another crime i would let you go around drunk.. :D
Test someone who is on foot is almost never needed, cos you often clearly see if someone is to drunk or not.

Nobody is going to test your blood alcohol if you're on foot. Public intoxication isn't a crime, so you can't get suspected for being drunk. However, if you start causing trouble, then you may be suspected for disturbing the peace or another such crime.

If what you say is true, then you were abused.

Rock_Kolta is SAPD, though I don't know about the others who you haven't even mentioned. If what you're saying is true, you should make a report on the ARPD forum, Report To Leaders section.

I doubt you were just walking drunk (drunk animation from buying alcohol in clubs/bars or /me is drunk)...
I suppose you were doing some anti-social actions and then explained it by being drunk...
In that case the suspect was correct...
As it is a new topic about complaining on cops we can check logs on your request... Only if the story is not full and you did not tell the truth we will ban you for fake info and accusations with the hidden form of complain on forums aka moaning...

Excuse ME, but let me say some things and straight some too... i have been only there, it wasnt ME who did SUSPECT you if i remember right. I never suspect for such things... especially when it's not a CAR Driver.... i just remember saying something like "/r this person is drunk" and then there have been a suspect from another cop, i think some SACS? cause there have been like 3 SACS talking to you if i am right, Kirby was 1 officer, and 2 more members who were freecops...
so please keep my name out, cause it wasnt me who abused you, just if you remember someone's name it doesnt mean he DID suspected you... I only saw you later on after a small AFK as a suspect, so i did actually asked you to surrender and i think i've small assaulted on you with paper spray for not surrendering or something.... (i cant keep memories from when they happen right when I have just woke up)...
Edit: I've looked up my screenshots and from what I saw and now i can remember, there were [SACSt]SKenmney and [SACS]Boozman, and just show and i do remember that the whole mess became when a SACS suspected you for beeing drunk, then the freecop "mr_money_maker" passed from there, and started aiming on you, i told him not to aim on unarmored citizen, and while i did that, you tried to escape and then the SACS guys opened fire on you, so did I, then i remember i've been killed by "mr_money_maker" for simply excuse, "you moved infront of me when i was shoting" while i have been infront of him, and on a chase you never hit your partner, but you watch for your shots to have only target the Criminal.
so please next time you ask for something do not lie at all saying someone did it, when he is innocent :poke: meaning me as I did not remember me suspecting him. but i think i do remember seeing the Cop's message that CrazyDude has been suspected from someone (probably SACS member) for beeing drunk or something.

Yes yes yes, I remember this. Allow me to explain everyone. Me and Boozman were in our patrol car when CrazyDude kept driving back and forth going /me is drunk. When he stopped and came near us, we asked if he was alright. He was acting in a manor which seemed drunk so we asked if he could come over and take a breath test (RP). He went along with the RP so I went /em uses breath test on man. He replied with /em is drunk. We then asked our Superior if we should /su fo public intoxication. We got the go ahead so we put in /su -- public intoxication (RP). It all went hazy and messed up when Money Maker showed up and started shooting. Point is, he went along with the RP so in that case no abuse. I hope this cleared up a few misunderstandings.
