Title: vcmp don't send error, when connecting to a server

I'm at my friends house and trying to  run vcmp here, but got an error.
I open vcmp and press a server it brings the first main screen up. And when the  vcmp load screen should come up
it quits and says the "don't send" error.

help please ?
We could get a potential player here.

do u use a no cd patch?
If you do, try another one..
