Title: Question about few rules... (Yes this is idea)

Some admins says, not allowed, some says vehicle vs. vehicle and some ppl says allowed unless it's DM. Which one of these is correct

Now to the point, making change to bank robbery rule?

I suggest to change that one, so there can be more criminals than cops... It's too much advantage to cops if there are more cops than criminals, as they can return after death, criminals can't.. Like, max. 2-3 criminals more than cops, noany 8vs2, should be fair, as that rule is so much on ARPDs side...

Before it was a lot more on the cops side. So don't push your luck. At least now you 'can' rob banks when there's only 2 cops online.
