Title: [UK] Credit Card - Realse Over 11

These are debit cards and have always been available to people over 11...

You can withdraw and spend money you own, not money you borrow...

CREDIT CARDS - 18+, you borrow money

DEBIT CARDS - 11+, you spend your own money

Debit cards withdraw money from your account that you have, so it is not credited.
