Title: How to modify (if possible with TXD Workshop)

Hello,
I want to modify that logo of the police cars with LSPD,LVPD,SFPD with another one(e.g ARPD)
Is this possible with TXD Workshop ? If yes please tell me how or give me a tutorial . I searched on google/youtube but didn't find .

I think he knows that but doesn't know what file the LS/SF/LV PD logo is stored in.

Police car files are:
copcarla.txd - LSPD
copcarsf.txd - SFPD
copcarvg.txd - LVPD
copcarru.txd - Rancher/Country Side
copbike.txd - Cop Bike

Mike - He told, that he searched Youtube and Google, but didn't find any tutorial.

@Janar,thank you.
I exported the .txd from gta3.img , i modified that logo in photoshop,i saved it.I replaced it in gta3.img but it still don't shows in game

Did you Rebuild Archive?
IMG Tool has a trick, for example: If you have copcarla.txd selected and you select replace and copcarsf.txd (new one, you modified), then it replaces copcarla.txd with it.
Atm, i guess that you replaced the first file in gta3.img, if you didn't select proper file.
I got that trick once also, had to fully reinstall GTA.
