Title: VC:MP Car Lock

I was thinking about Reasons why Only Police Get money and I think they should have The Taxi Man to get more money.The Owners should be able to Lock their cars from the outside So that people would use taxis instead of just jacking cars and plus Taxi Cars Should be owned by the government.

Taxis are not owned by the government, yet they are owned by the Taxi firm itself.

You mean like, the owner of an specify car is the only player that can use his car? Like, for e.g: I own a Banshee, im the only one who can use it, and if someone wants to use it, it will display a message that its locked. Thats what you mean?

Sounds cool, but it would be better if it only lets you do it when you are like 10 or less meters from the car, will be pretty weird if you are on the other part of town and suddenly your car locks o.O.

You can only lock your car form the inside, basically to prevent you being Jacked or anything.

The Idea was to have a !Carlock to lock it from outside.not the Upgrade the !Lock cmd

I think we sometimes need cars to carry out events like races and derbies. if someone owns a fast car/bike and locks it, the event will suffer. also suppose someone locks the car and becomes inactive?   movie making also requires cars. The unavailability of cars will make all this suffer.

If you own a car, wants nobody to use it, kill the one who stole your car. (ONLY IF HE/SHE DID STEAL IT)
