Title: what graphics card?

OK guys,
very soon im gettin £50 - £60 if not more. and im looking to buy a graphics card that does not have PCI-E cus my motherboard has PCI-E. please supply the best and cheapest card that can plaii CS:S and SA:MP smoothly.
im looking to spend around £30 on the graphics card (Ebay) and yeah basically.
If you want my specs for my comp.
the comp is a Dell Dimension 1100
