cool i got that part.
now problem #2 i cant get past the vinewood sign
i looked at the wiki.com on the "first tijme user" post
but it makes 0 sence i installed the Sa-Mp .exe file in \Program files\rockstar games\GTASA and i replaced the launch game .exe or w/e and idk
oh how come two whiter screens flash befor ethe spraypaint R* thing?

Do you have an american .exe file  :?:
Can you join other servers ?
If you cannot join or something else reinstall Samp.
You have to download samp installer A + B.
Install A then B ...
