In case you still haven't made it through archive video of Microsoft's E3 conference, meet Milo, the virtual playmate from Black and White and Fable producer Peter Molyneux and his cohorts at Lionhead.
In the works for some time now and originally known as Project Dimitri, Milo will use Microsoft's just-announced motion/voice/facial recognizing hardware Natal, allowing you -- as the video above only slightly unbelievably promises -- full, fluid back and forth conversations with Milo, and other fourth-wall breaking tricks like "handing" Milo a drawing via instant Natal scanning, a drawing he will be able to recognize as well.
Watch the 'real magic' in the video above, and see Joystiq's live demo impressions for some early real-world interaction, who also note that, yes, there will be a 'Millie' for those that are more in need of female companionship.

I don't believe a damn thing about this...
If this really works, and then I mean the Milo thing, with all kind of stuff in the room, and simple conversations, then hooray! But the game should be in devolpment for like 20 years to preform good I think with a lot of stories, stuff in the room and etc. But 20 years later the first real robots are in the shop for the rich people, so then this game is a waste.
That Project Natal stuff fails, it copies the wii, and the people who has a xbox 360 already, will not use this, as they are formiliar with their controls.
And other then that, xbox 360 drops their value, and the PS3 too, so a wii is useless... really useless. And with these Project Natal games comming, it won't get any better.

I have to say, I am left in shock after seeing that. Really, just amazing work those guys do.
This is definatly a huge technological advancment, the whole Project Natal thing. And tbh I really dont agree with what Polopolo said as the Wii is a different thing altoghther. Infact with Project Natal its almost like its taking the concept of the Wii and pushing it further to the point where you dont need controlers... but then pushes it even more where you can actually fully interact with the game.
This really has blown my mind. To see Milo here responding and speaking like this is just absolutly amazing. Im left thinking - 'how is this possible?' But well, if we saw the Wii 10 years ago we'de proberly think the same. Technology is growing so fast!
