Im not sure if this idea is taken or It is running but.
I have this idea for Autoing saving Like in SAMP.For Example I may Have a Mexican skin with A m4 and i was in the middle of a RP i crash and when i join the server again i get back everything.

It is possible in 0.3z but it may lag the scripts on a populated server. still i think its a good idea to get your position, weapons, wanted level, vehicle back after u re-enter the server.

That might take out the fun we have in VC:MP, the spawning style where you can choose any skin, thats why its free and relaxed roleplay. :)

When you Get Kill you get to choose the skin It is Just The Skin and Weapon

So you guys don't think that when u crash all the time,It doesn't get you annoyed?

If such a programm will be made, wouldn't it make game crash more often?
Besides, if weapons are free, what can you loose?
BUT, if Ammunition idea will get accepted, this idea really should be done.
Conclusion : wouldn't these 2 BIG scripts make game crash like a hell? Then better don't change anything about it.
If it is necessary to get new notpolice ways to get money, im sure our imagination can work for it.

You'll have to buy weapons on 1.2 . They arent going to be free as far as i know.

Leave/Crash server as wanted you'll return Wanted.
Weapons not free anymore, but prices are CHEAP. So there won't be much moaning over loss of guns.
I don't want to make this like SA:MP even though the Property system is based around SA:MP's and works in a similar fashion just without interiors.

The scripts will need to store people's coordinates, weps and wanted level as soon as they logout or crash in additional files. and once the log in back the scripts ought to read it back from those files.
But the classicity of VC will be gone though its a good idea and it may result unfortunate results if scripts close down or crashes.
ALso i remember a great idea , dunno why it was locked though

There is kind of a valid point here, but like in all online, multiplay based games, once something is done it is already saved. This is to avoid cheating and getting multiple items etc.
Maybe you can have a "favourites" where your most frequent/favourited items and skins can be chosen if available.

Choosing a spawn kind of limits role play opportunities. Buying skins at stores and such actually gives more freedom.

Actually that (in VCMP) wouldn't work, as we don't have many new players joining and with that there would be none joining.. Spawn system is good as it is now imo

You can't take away the Vice City spirit.
Skin selection is classic and a lot easier to use + IMO, it's a lot more user friendly.

Why not, if you crash or something or leave, you have your skin and info. But if you die, you go to the spawn screen?
But it is pretty cool to have spawns :D
