Okay, So me, and some other cops still standing at LSPD, saw a wanted getting out of a vehicle and just walking around :P Well done, The most strangest arrest yet in my opinion:P

My modded rimmington is just out of the picture, the guy ran away while i was standing next to it, grabbed it and ran away, almost blew it running away, there was half the force chasing them with a Azteco behind them screeming "Give me my caaar!!" when he was caught, i got in, black smoke and loads of bits missing from it :'( I wanna sue =D
