Title: how to become ATC member

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this thread...

I want to become an ATC (Air Traffic Control) member. And can always see aircraft radio in the game. Can someone help me with it?

to act like one, type /pilot text ;)

works ONLY when in a aircraft
