You have a old version of SAMP, and you cant play Argonath with it. Download and install SA MP 0.2x, and it shoud be Allright.

I as well get that sometimes, all i do is close the game and go back in untill it gets tired of me doing it and let me in. it usually takes 2 or 3 tries, but u will get back in eventually

I think this should be in Hardware/Software problems
