Title: Help me please

Hello, I need some help with MTA:SA as I'm currently one of the developers of MTA:SA on Parallel Universe and I cannot launch my MTA:SA. When I click on "Play MTA:SA" it comes up with the "Stop playing with yourself" logo and then nothing happens at all. I've tried re-installing Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and Multi Theft Auto.

Any help would be great.
