We kidnapped FBI Agent...
I decided to exit City Hall and watch wat's outside + record it...

No, our tactics/plan is to protect/secure/prepare to storm in the entrance of the location
As u can see in video, there is also "Pursuit Unit" who run after exited criminal
And the rest, is remain at the entrance ;) ;)
