Seriously... Compare it with another browser, IE is a lot slower. (don't belive Microsoft propaganda video's), and if you don't care about speeds... then just check out what you can do in other browers and what you can't do in IE...

Only that even made me switch to Firefox 3... because... I use AdBlock Plus, and it just makes my life a lot better. (with the exception that I get less revenue at the people who sponsor's my company's and video's)
If you have things like twitter or something, you can have add-ons for Firefox which alerts you every min which tweets just came in... it kicks ass so much, I use it as a RSS feed now. Gandalf just made a script on twitter, so it alerts me when there is new activiity on Argonath RPG... that kicks more ass...

Or Opera when you IRC, browse the web, and checking mail at the same time... it also has nice customization options and nice add-ons.
Or if you just want to browse the web fast, just like it should be... use Google Chrome. (I hate the blue skin btw)

There are a lot of things you miss Eric... just give it a try... and use it for few days, check out some add-ons and stuff like that... perhaps check some new skins and such... it is possible now, not with IE.

went with Opera when i got my 1mbps speed, then changed to Mozilla after request of a friend to try it.. and still using it :) it is wonderfull it's usefull and fast

Most popular browsers used with that program. ;) It doesn't say anything, it only attracts the Non-IE community.

Why?
- IMO, it's a lot simpler than Firefox.
- IMO, it's a lot more user-friendly than Firefox.
- It has great Gadgets, and easily available for your use.
- It's great for slower connections, thanks to it's new function called Opera Turbo.
- I love how easily you can customize it to fit your needs, for its looks and for how it works.
- It doesn't turn cocky like Firefox did for me.
