The New BankRob command is something that every one will like to use it. And why won't they.

But the bank robbery system is of some kind that its almost next to impossible to break the code and when the code gets break you get something between $500 - $5000.

Well, its understood that its not a 1 man job. But who goes to rob a bank with 5 -6 hotshots and get out with max $5000. It should be well $15000 - $20,000 or even higher.

Well the reason its done in $500 - $5000 system is simple--> players will abuse it while server is empty as a lottery system.
But no one can do anything about this abuse, players can abuse even cop command.
Thats why we got many number of admins and its there job stop them. Why make a script that looks unrealistic.

But I personally think that scripts can be made this way that players cant rob bank while the server is empty(or without cops) .
Think it this way.
A person types !robbank .
The script checks for the number of cops ingame.
If the number of cops is greater or equal to 3(it can be changed according to voting), then player can try /c crackcode command.
If the number of cops is less then it gives personal pm to the robber "TRY it next time when there are atleast 3 cops in the city".

Well even this system is quite unrealistic too, because why will a robber stop robbing if there are no cops. Its certainly better for him.
But this is even more unrealistic when a robber robs the great and only bank of VC and no cop came to catch hold of him.

I hope you approve this idea.

Ok I updated the !robbank command here are what I did  -

Must be atleast 4 People on the server - Guranteed atleast 1 of them is a cop
Money from robbing bank is now from 500$ - $20,000
Time Limit increased to 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds - was previously 80 Seconds
Chance of even disabling security is around 30%
Wait time to rob the Bank again has increased to 15 Mins

That is why i increased it form 3mins to 15mins.

Make it hard to successfully rob it. Then when your team succeeds, you have more of a right to boast about it :P

That is why you should never rob the Bank alone.
The Haul will be massive anyway so it's best having a team of 3-4 guys with ppl shooting / taking hostage anyone that enters to enable for a successful robbery.
This will more likely increase Bank Robbery RP's and give cops something exciting to do.

Its already hard to rob. 100 possible codes to break into the system and open the safe and timer of 15 minutes + cops behind + TIMEOUTS of vcmp :D

btw i have a Idea F or Safe Crackers For robbing Banks.So that everyone won't have one,They will cost 100K and when you get one it will 15 secs to crack the safe.

bankrob gives u max 20k and that cash u got to share, ofcourse u cant rob bank alone.
then why should safe crackers cost u 100k?

i think the present new bank rob scheme is perfect now.

Another thought I had was once you type !robbank and you get the "Caught by Security" message is that it would relay a message to any cops within a 100 Metre Radius of the robbers position so that it would be like an alarm sounded and cops closeby can hear it.  100 Metres id quite far and is probaly from the Bank to the bridge entering Starfish Island.  I'd increase the chance of being able to bypass security if you guys preferred this, although you'd still have the 2mins 30 secs timer to crack the safe or you get nothing.

I like the sound of them and they seem more efficient than before.

That's quite nice. I like your idea Rusty. Imagine that, a bank without any security. You would expect security guards to be at the bank anyway in real life to heighten security measures. As this isn't as easily done ingame, your idea is quite effective  ;)

Like he work For That bank and automatic sends Money To him
First choose BodyGaurd Skin
Second Go to bank and type !privateBodygaurd
*Pm: Now you are Working For BodyGaurd Bank Dont leave This Area

And If Player Tried To Run he will be automatic back Like Someone in jail
And every One Day Automatic Pm will Come : do you want Resume Covring The Bank (Yes/No) If he say Yes he will got Automatic Money And if you agree Guys let Rusty say How much

Rob Bank if am correct was actually requested by one of the Leaders to be added and the majority of people liked it now that it's balanced out.
Why would I make the Secuirty idea if someone else posted it?   :trust:

Think your idea through before posting it -

Will it be beneficial?
How Does it Work?
Possible Commands?
IS it REALLY needed?

Take those 4 points into considertation before making an Idea topic.

I think there should be objectives before succesfully robbing a bank, such as lockpicking, alarms, and all that, so itl be more rp and more harder.
Also I think you should need at least 3 cops on because i cant really see that one cop trying to stop a group of people robbing a bank, teamwork should be on both sides :)

I was actually going to do it like this -

First must enter bank first floor and type !robbank if successful in holding up the Bank (outcomes would be like - being shot by security - you lose half your HP)
Once if successful you can enter the security room and type !disablebankalarm once done that you can go up and try crack the vault.
Once you cracked it you'd have the random amount of money of which was inside the Vault.

Roughly it'd take 10mins to successfully rob it.

Think you mis-understood, that is how I was going to do it, robbing bank is different from that.

Must all players inside anybuilding cant run using Shift like GTA:SA Cuz it ill make it like real lol they run very fast so we cant shoot them and if we can someone mybe is lagging So.. if scripts can make it please make it :)

We love VC as the way it is. Originality rocks.
Though is player presses shift, scripts may only prompt him to stop. It can stop player, but not give it a constant velocity.

I don't think scripts will make it, i really doubt of that. Scripts won't change the VC:MP 0.3z original features, so i think only Developpers of VC:MP are able to make it. Then a script will be released, and so it will be able to do it with scripts on a "new" version of VC:MP.
