Title: i cant upload a movie in youtube why?help me pls

i wanna upload a movie in youtube. but its saying 'the folder cannot be greater than 100meg'...Please help me what i need to do?

you going to have to download DIVX convetor to make it smaller that will help at first post baxck when compressed it
