Try uninstalling SA, the SA:MP and removing all the files first. Then install SA again, start a new game in the singleplayer, then install SA:MP and check if it works. Also when you enter the singleplayer for the first time, fix all the needed options. (screen resolution etc.)

Ok,i will try that,but when i try to click advanced options it closes

You're using pirated version of SA? Go buy one, it hardly costs more than $15 these days.

maybe just click the AUTO button on your monitor when you turn on GTA ?

Yea dude press the Auto-adjust button on your monitor

Uhh im on a alienware laptop.I pretty sure there is no auto adjust button.
