Title: GTA San Andreas Problem[FIXED]
Post by: Lamar Diasso on October 14, 2009, 07:18:31 pm
So, my San Andreas worked just fine, but I had a few mods which I didn't backup, and I couldn't find any player.img backup-file online, so I decided to get GTA San Andreas back to the computer again(will not tell how as Argonath is against piracy, but I guess you know how), dumb as I am I uninstalled GTA San Andreas and then extracted the files I got to my computer, which appeared to be the whole game, no install-file, but no .dll files were there.
I downloaded them via Google, the .dll files, then now, when I finally got 'em all, this is what it says when I try to launch the games:
"Game couldn't launch/be read correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to exit the program."

Here's a picture to show my folder, what it contains and the message.
Any clue how to do? I need to get a new San Andreas? I already tried to crack the game also. And it took me 1 day to get this game again.

Fixed.
