Would this be classed as a hack? Just to be sure, dont wanna get banned O.O

It shows you who is speaking in Teamspeak by putting a overlay onto a game.
It dosent give any advantage over other players apart from being able to see who is talkingl.

Exactly like CS, this would be handy for Argonath.....

I don't think it would be considered a hack.

Xfire is overlayed into the game with directx as well...
