Title: Having Problems with 0.3 try this see my first coment and last. hope it help

I there When i Install Sa-MP 0.3 avaliable at sa-mp.com (place where i download it) when it went to loading screen when only miss 15% for load complete my game crash in all servers but if i install again 0.2 it work fine :S but with 0.3 version it dont work OMG i cant be without play argo please help me repply fast.

Please its when he go to loading menu it just crash and appear crash error :S

BTW i:

Re-instaled SA and samp
My gta version is v1.0

So i dont know what i can do :S

Yeh sorry i was writing other subject title but i stop and start another one so i didnt delet the part of high admins lol sorry can you help me please ??

maybe this will help:

Go to you're Rockstar folder open the San Andreas folder and make sure you uninstal SA:MP 0.2x, after that throw the SA:MP 0.3a installer into you're San Andreas folder and instal it.
Then just open SA:MP 0.3a, that should do it.
