Ok so i was just watching this video of On arpd forums and there was this Police chase. This guy was talking into a mic telling other cops on radio saying where the suspect is heading how do you do that?

Register on our TeamSpeak server, and enter the SAPD tab.
Somewhere on the forum you can find a TS guide, I can't find it right now, keep looking!
