Hey, my names Brad.
I'm 18, I come from Scotland in the UK, I'm currently doing computer games design in college, and run my own little business doing hardware repairs, computers, laptops, mobile phones, consoles, anything like that. I'd say with my previous experience of roleplay, id be an 8/10 in roleplaying skills, there are a few things i have to work on, which is what i hope to ultimatly acheive here.
I came on the server for the first time a few days ago, and attempted to start some driver work, in an hour, my internet connection cut me off (Anyone else get that? cause it never kicks me off other games, just sa-mp) but id only got one job, driving someone to DPD, made a bit of money off that. So, I'd like to know, are there any other ways of making money? I was thinking of doing some police work, as im a fairly good driver on games, and a pretty good shooter, but a friend of mines who played here before told me that some of the players used to do this thing where they'd just say "im not rping with you" and call you a deathmatcher. Which is the sole reason i put off playing here until now, when i played, i didnt see anything like that, so I am hoping that its gone.
I'd love it if someone could show me how some of the things on the server work, as I am used to playing roleplay games where you dont get huge guns and body armour :P
Overall, my expereince of the server has been excellant, I hope it stays that way, I just thought id introduce myself to you all....
And blatently advertise the fact that im a good driver and have the entire map commited to memory from single player :P
