(I know this game has an age now... but who cares, it's awesome)

NAME: Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition
Sort-of "expansion pack": Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition REMIX
Genre: Arcade Fast-Paced Racing
Internet Enabled
Greatest Hits
Platform: PS2 and XBOX
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition is a racing game, developed by Rockstar San Diego and published by Rockstar Games, and is the third game in the Midnight Club series. Like previous installments in the series, the game is an arcade-style racer and focuses on wild, high-speed racing, rather than realistic physics and driving characteristics. The name derived from a partnership between Rockstar and DUB Magazine, which features heavily in the game in the form of DUB-sponsored races and DUB-customized vehicles as prizes.
Players race through San Diego, Atlanta, and Detroit listening to 103 licensed music tracks that include hip-hop, rock, and more. The game features a number of graphical enhancements over previous installments, such as "speed smear", enhanced lighting effects, and the inclusion of flying debris and particles coming into view after the player crashes into certain objects, or travels across particular stretches of road. There is also the ability to customize a player's vehicle. Other than modifying the external looks, the car's/truck's performance can also be improved, except for those in the 'A' Class of the game. However, Class A motorbikes' performance can be improved.
The game is currently not backward-compatible with the Xbox 360.
In other words, MC3 is the fastest racing game ever, with a huge variety on customizing your car, performance, external look, with lots of cars to choose from. While you progress on the game, you unlock new cars, body parts, vinyls, etc.
Now let's talk about the Remix:
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix is a update to Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition. It is available as a Greatest Hits release on PlayStation 2 and a Platinum Hits release on Xbox. It was released on March 13, 2006.
The game features all of the cities, vehicles, and music from Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition. This version of the game also allows the player to import the Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition data on their Memory Card to Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition REMIX to make up for lost progress, thus saving you from starting all over again. The following features were added in REMIX:
* 24 new vehicles (including some from brands not in the original version, such as GMC and Scion).
* Tokyo, as a new city, which is a slightly updated version of the Tokyo city from Midnight Club II.
* More licensed music.
* More races and battle maps.
I really hope the online mode isn't dead like in MC2, because of THIS (read it due to it's ammount of epic):
The game includes an Online mode, where players can race with other players from all around the world. There are also many clubs available to join, but players can also start and manage their own.
Most offline modes are available for play online, while in online mode you can chat in-game, including a revolutionary cruise mode, capture the flag, circuit racing, ordered racing, unordered racing, tag, paint and autocross. Tracks created via the Race Editor offline can be used Online.
Vehicle Highlights:
McLaren F1
Pagani Zonda (this sh1t is really freakin fast :wow: when it goes up a ramp it looks like its flying O_o )
Toyota Supra (This one owns big time, it's also so beautiful *.*)
Dodge Viper GT-R (this one is fast too)
Nissan 350z (take the best route. win against Mclarens.)
Lamborghini Gallardo and Murcielago
Mercedes CLK-GTR
Bikes! :D
FUN FACT TOTALLY OUT OF TOPIC: You may notice McLaren F1 and Mercedes CLK-GTR are also in another classic racing game ;3
Hint: NFS
TL;DR: Midnight Club 3 is the fastest racing game ever; you can customize your ride to the smallest detail; epic online mode; PS2 and XBOX only; you can't play this on the 360; 4 cities in REMIX, 2 in standard game; kickass cars; kickass bikes.

I have this game, I still play it sometimes.
It's really good ;)
EDIT: Isn't there 4 cities? Did you count Tokyo in? I think it's unlocked after you finish the game.
