Title: Larger Avatars

Example: Gandalf's one.

Can the custom ones also be changed this bigger size limit? :D

Post by: Fabio on November 24, 2009, 12:58:19 am: You can use larger/smaller ones if you just upload it from your PC, thats what I do to use my avatar, if you use a link from the web or TinyPic or whatever, it will resize to 100X100 if its not already.

It still gets resized to 100x100.

Ah okay, because when I save the image straight off the avatar, I get dimensions of 128x128. Sorry I wasn't realizing the sizes for a minute there

That's because it's still a 128x128 image, but the forum forces it to 100x100. That's unless you're talking about one of the built in avatars for forum, as they're not bounded by the dimension restriction.
