We are going to have licenses.. just wait.

And no, no tickets, else new players would be loosing their cash just because they are new and doesnt have license.

VCMP has more RP than SAMP already, just not trough scripts.

Agree with you,there is almost no RP,just chit-chats,in VCMP there even is a RP with only 2 persons :P
