Why Others should say my Commands?!
Can you please change ! to /sus , /sur , /jail
Cuz everyone Making a command he kinds spam server him or others,many people in same time would be spam.

IMO not necessary, we dont have such ammount of flood..

VC:MP server doesnt haves the chat flooded like SA:MP has,as SA:MP's average number of players is 70-80 and VC:MP's is like 5-10.

Solution to that case : Use /c infront of the command,such as /c !jail,like Matute said.

Also i think its not possible to make commands in VC:MP as the same format as SA:MP(/sus,/sur,/jail),etc,the / is normally used for RCON Commands if i remember well.
